What counts as an active assessor?
A named user assigned assessor fieldwork, or authoring or signing a report, during the billing month. The workspace shows the count before renewal.
What counts as an office user?
A named practice administrator, scheduler, technical reviewer, account manager or finance user who is not already counted as an active assessor.
What is fair use?
Use by one named consultancy and its external collaborators. We agree unusually large migrations, API traffic or automated exports before they can affect service or price.

Questions from fire-safety practices
Does Raq.com replace the assessor?+
No. The system organises information, checks completeness and supports review. A competent person remains responsible for observations, findings, risk ratings and issue approval.
Can we use our existing methodology and report design?+
Yes. The workspace supports versioned practice templates, while each live assessment keeps the exact controlled version it started with. Licensed standards content must be supplied under the correct permissions.
Can clients close their own actions?+
They can acknowledge actions and submit completion evidence through secure links. Your authorised reviewer decides whether to accept, reject or reopen the action.
Does it support housing and resident workflows?+
The data model covers housing fire-risk assessments, relevant-resident records, PCFRA and RPEEP review cycles with restricted access.
How does the active-assessor price work?+
The account is at least £149 a month. Active assessors are £99 each, so two active assessors are £198. Three office users are included, additional office users are £14 each, and external participants are free.
