Questions
Before you start
Does Raq.com replace the assessor?
No. It organises information, checks completeness and supports review. A competent person remains responsible for observations, findings, risk ratings and report approval.
Can we use our current methodology and report design?
Yes. The workspace supports versioned practice templates, and each assessment keeps the controlled version it started with. Licensed standards content must be supplied with the correct permissions.
Can clients close their own actions?
Clients and contractors can acknowledge actions and submit completion evidence. An authorised reviewer accepts, rejects or reopens the action.
Do you charge per assessor?
No. The £109 monthly plan covers the whole consultancy account, including assessors, reviewers and office users.
What is fair use?
The plan is for one named consultancy and its external collaborators. We agree unusually large migrations, API traffic or automated exports before they affect service or price.
